Xyzal contains levocetirizine dihydrochloride.
Levocetirizine is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of the natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms such as a runny nose or hives.
Levocetirizine is used to treat symptoms of year-round (perennial) allergies in children who are at least 6 months old.
Levocetirizine is also used to treat itching and swelling caused by chronic urticaria (hives) in adults and children who are at least 6 months old.

Indications:
• Xyzal tablets help to relief of symptoms of perennial and seasonal allergic rhinitis.
• Xyzal is used for chronic idiopathic urticaria.
How to use:
• Adults:
Take 5 mg of xyzal once daily in the evening.

• Xyzal may make you feel sleepy, do not drive or operate machinery until you know how it affects you.
Side effects of Xyzal:
• drowsiness
• Fatigue
• Headache
• Nausea
• dry mouth
Cautions:
• Hypersensitivity to any of the active substances.
• Severe renal impairment
• Hemodialysis

• Alcohol

• Ritonavir
